Located in a small park in the town of Centerberg, Ohio is a large boulder marking the geographical center of the state. A time capsule has also been placed in front of the monument. There is no explanation of when this was placed, or by whom, however it is to be opened in September of 2104. I assume that it's a 100 year capsule that was placed in 2004.
