Built in 1973, the Carl Perkins Civic & Convention Center is one of Tennessee's most outstanding facility for cultural. Its main stage and auditorium is used for Jackson Symphony Orchestra concerts, and stage show that seats 2,200. There is fixed balcony seating plus collapsible risers for floor seating.
