This war memorial commemorates the honor and devotion to duty of those Clark County citizens that served in the Civil War, the Spanish American War, World War I, and World War II. This is a general civil war memorial but all participants served in the Union. The date the monument was erected was not stated on the monument and the indicated date is estimated.
