As part of the redevelopment and upgrading of the central zone of the city, they have a new park.A nice place to sit and rest, grab a lunch and rejuvenate your day.
In here you find a nice fountain, city bell, city clock, childs playground and a amphitheater.
Donation from a local Bank (BB&T) along with city monies and public sales of "name bricks" were used to fund the park.
The website below is the city site but they do not have a listing of any parks in the Park and Rec section.
