This old cowboy sits near the entrance to Wall Drug, waiting for someone to sit down and chat. As you can see by my expression, I've had my fill of cowboys this vacation.
The coordinates are for the main front entrance to the store. If you follow the length of the main hall you will pass by 4-5 total sit-by-me statues, this one among them.
