his Victorian house on Penn St in Fort Worth was built in 1899. The interior retains most of the original woodwork and fixtures. The exterior features marble, sandstone, brick, and copper.

From its website: "Built in 1899, the Ball-Eddleman-McFarland House is Fort Worth’s premier example of Queen Anne-style Victorian architecture. Designed by English architect Howard Messer, of the firm Messer, Sanguinet and Messer, the home was occupied by only three families in its history and remains largely unaltered from its original construction. Turrets, gables, copper finials, a slate tile roof and a porch of red sandstone and marble highlight the late Victorian exterior. The elaborate interior consists of original ornate oak mantles, cornices, coffered ceilings, paneling and parquet floors."
This historic property is owned by Historic Fort Worth, Inc. The House is available for rent for events.
