The 234m Sentech Tower was completed on the 7th December 1961. The tower is an easily identifiable landmark on Johannesburg's Skyline. It was once known as the Brixton Tower, but in 2001 naming rights were sold to Sentech, the communications provider. On windy days the reinforced concrete structure has been measured at leaning over 2m, measured from the steel antenna.
