This waymark is for Thorpe Park. In the old days they used to hang people on the side of this hill but that was a hundred years ago. Now it is the largest park in Flagstaff at 219 acres.
It is on the way to Lowell Observatory where they discovered Pluto and just a few blocks west of Downtown Flagstaff. This is a wonderful park and always full of people, even in the winter. Beautiful views of the hills just outside of town.
