The dedication plaque reads:
"The Medal of Honor Monument
In memory of all Americans in the Armed Forces who sacrificed their lives in a time of need to preserve the freedom of this great nation."

Description of Memorial:
The memorial is a four-sided piece of stone with bronze plaques on each side. It's located near the street and original entrance inside Niagara Falls State Park.
