Description of Memorial: The memorial is located just south of the Capitol Building in Little Rock in an attractive setting next to a small grove of trees. The large soaring bald eagle sculpture is very fitting for the monument. The setting is very sobering, given the valor exhibited and sacrifices given by the 25 honored. Eleven were killed-in-action - the ultimate sacrifice. I can't imagine the physical and emotional scars of the others who survived hostile action. THANK YOU to 'The 25'.
