This Craftsman style building is positioned on a knoll that overlooks the Fuquay Mineral Springs. In addition to serving visitors to the Springs, the hotel entertained guests from around the state during holidays and special celebrations on Easter Monday and July Fourth.
The house is next door to the Fuquay Mineral Springs Bed and Breakfast. Both buildings are owned by the Mayor of Fuquay-Varina. The former hotel is now an apartment building.
