The sundial in the Shakespeare Garden in Golden Gate Park is small but worth checking out. It is located in the main walkway in the center of the garden area. This garden is dedicated to William Shakespeare. The flowers here are all flowers from Shakespeare's writings.
The sundial is about 10 inches in diameter. There are a few trees around it which do cast shadows on it from time to time. This is nice place for a picnic. There are some Shakespeare quotes and many benches nearby. I hope you enjoy this quiet piece of the park and this sundial.
Sundial Type: Horizontal - Flat base, Ground or Pedestal mounted dial plate
