This is a fountain near the entrance of Highland Park and the Wentzel Carousel, both of which are list in the National Register of Historic Places.

Highland Park, created in 1909, comprises 32 acres with beautiful landscaping, including recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, ball fields, basketball area, and playgrounds. Its two outstanding attractions are the historic Wentzel Carousel near this fountain, and the Jimmie Rodgers Memorial Museum.
