This fountain is in Unity Park in the city restoration area.
As the cities web site reads."Enjoy the Heart of Georgia and experience Montezuma's indescribably beautiful and charming atmosphere."
This park is to honor Charlie Jackson SR. and was dedicated March 27, 1999.
