Placed on this hill in 1921 by the student body, This 25 foot high C was later reinforced with concrete. It has been maintained through the years by the alumni of the original Capistrano High School, which closed in 1964. Recently painted for a upcoming all class reunion by "Judge" 61, and "Happy" 73. This lasting symbol of school pride can be seen from all over San Juan Capistrano. And from up here I can see all over town.
