The Emmanuel United Church is located on Factory Street in Odessa, Ontario.

Part of this church’s history involves the merger of several local denominations, one of which occurred in 1884 and the second in 1925. The current building was constructed in 1912 after a fire destroyed the previous structure.

According to the church website, "Emmanuel United Church is God's church, and as God's church we work towards being a community in which everyone is loved, accepted and respected".

Odessa is a small community with a population of 246 persons (2024) located in Loyalist Township, Lennox and Addington County, Ontario, Canada. Originally named Millcreek, it was renamed in 1855 by its postmaster to commemorate the 1854 British siege of the Black Sea port at Odesa in Ukraine during the Crimean War.
