As a landscaping ad decorating item are this row of steels wheels. Mounted just above the railroad ties holding back the front yard, in front of a house in need of many repairs.

At 3000 Sta Hwy J address is a house with a bunch of junk in the yard. Garden gnomes to flying pigs. And, of course, some wheels.
