This howitzer was on display at the National Guard armory in Watertown, SD, until 1921, when, through the efforts of Post 17, permission was granted by the US Army to move it to the American Legion grounds.
Located on west highway 212 on the west side of Watertown, this display holds an honored place in the front of the building.
