This is your standard issue PetSmart, and they even have free, non-secure wi-fi. While they do have pets for sale, these are small pets like birds, mice, rats, fish, and reptiles. There are some cats from the local shelter available for adoption, and the dogs (and more cats) show up on adoption days. Check with them for details. PetSmart's wi-fi is frequently on the slow side, still useful when using their app if your mobile signal is weak inside the store, but here, things are fairly solid, a little faster on the upload side. Just connect to the SSID and you're off. You won't find any convenient outlets, though.
