This small fountain, which incorporates a cairn on one end, is in the Vaughn I-40 Rest Stop (Westbound) and as such is available only to westbound traffic. The fountain pool and cairn are constructed from native stone. The fountain was not operating on the day of my visit. A water pipe is visible in the top of the cairn, indicating that it serves as the source of the water when the fountain is operating.
