De Saffraan is een restaurant op een schip in de Eemhaven in Amersfoort, Nederland (een ruim 100 jaar oude klipper, die gebouwd werd met de naam "Hoop op Welvaart"). Aangepast en verbouwd tot restaurant.
Het restaurant had een Michelinster in de periode 2010-2014. De locatie is prachtig. Binnen is het zeer mooi ingericht. Ze serveren stuk voor stuk zeer lekkere gerechten.
De Saffraan is a restaurant on a ship in the Eemhaven in Amersfoort, the Netherlands (a more than 100-year-old clipper, which was built under the name "Hoop op Welvaart" (Hope for Prosperity)). It has been adapted and converted into a restaurant.
The restaurant had a Michelin star between 2010 and 2014. The location is beautiful. The interior is very nicely decorated. They serve delicious dishes, every single one of them.
