Ergens in 1920 begon ene W. van Essen zijn Rijwielhandel en Reparatie-inrichting. De reclame is nog te zien op de gevel.
Er is geen informatie re vinden wanneer deze stopte en het een woonhuis werd. Wel dat het na 1997 weer verbouwd werd.
