A single tower crane was on the site of the taller building by 17 July 2024. A second tower crane was later added for the 7-storey building. By 18 Feb 2025, the foundations and first floors of both buildings had been poured. The 8-storey building was topped off around May 21, and the 7-storey building had been nearly been topped off by July 9, 2025.
