"Se construyó a finales del siglo XV, con claro etilo gótico y se finalizo en el siglo XVII bajo una estilística barroca. Si bien ha sido objeto posterior de numerosas reformas, ya que fue derruida en parte durante la batalla.
La edificación de mampostería parcialmente renovada en su exterior. Llaman la atención los contrafuertes angulares del ochavo de la capilla mayor, realizados en ladrillo con un perfil en forma estrellada. Tiene tres accesos el templo, la portada de la Epístola, actualmente tapiada y es de ladrillo. La puerta de los pies, de carácter monumental, se abre en medio punto. Sobre el entablamento figura una pequeña hornacina adintelada,que alberga una diminuta imagen de San Isidro.
El interior es de bastante amplitud, con una gran cubierta con bóveda de cañón continuo, y capillas de hornacina a ambos lados de la nave. Un arco cubierto con bóveda de terceletes. Similar tipo de cubierta se emplea en la sacristía, capilla bautismal y en capillas laterales.
En el edificio se dan cita dos estilos constructivos correspondientes a distintas fases. La estructura fundamental , con las portadas laterales, capilla mayor y capillas laterales, pertenecen a una primera fase, dentro del planteamiento del gótico final, probablemente de comienzos del siglo XVI. El resto de la construcción sigue la estética barroca del siglo XVII."

"It was built in the late 15th century, with a distinctly Gothic style, and completed in the 17th century in a Baroque style. However, it has subsequently undergone numerous renovations, as it was partially destroyed during the battle.
The masonry building has been partially renovated on the exterior. The angular buttresses of the octagonal main chapel, made of brick with a star-shaped profile, are striking. The church has three entrances, including the Epistle portal, currently walled up and made of brick. The monumental foot door opens in a semicircular arch. Above the entablature is a small lintelled niche, which houses a tiny image of Saint Isidore.
The interior is quite spacious, with a large continuous barrel vaulted ceiling and niche chapels on both sides of the nave. An arch is covered with a tierceron vault. A similar type of ceiling is used in the sacristy and chapel. baptismal and side chapels.
The building combines two construction styles corresponding to different phases. The fundamental structure, with the side portals, main chapel, and side chapels, belong to an early phase, within the Late Gothic style, probably dating from the early 16th century. The rest of the construction follows the Baroque aesthetic of the 17th century.
