They're right off the Sam Rayburn Tollway, although there can be traffic during peak hours. The lobby is open daily from 10 AM to midnight, while the drive thru is open from 9 AM to 5 AM. Inside, there's a mixture of tables, booths, and bar seating, but you'll be hard-pressed to find outlets if you're going to park on the free wi-fi. Just connect to the SSID, go past the terms portal, and ... it's slow Internet, which is pretty typical at Taco Bell. It'll work for basic web surfing, especially if you don't have any competition.
