In general, almost all playgrounds in Baiona are accessible, but this one was nominated few years for an award in accessible beaches.
To this end, Ladeira Beach is equipped with two amphibious chairs, which users must request from Civil Protection personnel, who assist them in entering and exiting the water. This beach also has fully foldable, two-wheeled, wheelchair-accessible loungers for use on any terrain and even in the water. Additionally, users can also use amphibious crutches. These are designed to allow users to walk comfortably on the sand. The base has a wider support surface to prevent the crutch from sinking into the sand.
The beach has white and fine sand and is close a camping.
