On this house, a German Monument, there is a black metal weathervane on the roof.
The weathervane shows the year 1730, which is also the year this house was built. The builder/architect always left his initials and these are also visible. In this case, the letters D J H

The German Monuments Register mentions the year of construction, but not the name of the builder/architect.
