" History
Permission to build the church was granted in 1323, and its construction continued until the 15th century. During the Revolution, alterations were made to the church, including the removal of the nave vaults and the reduction of a bay on the west side. Following this, the church was abandoned, converted into a market hall, and then used by the municipality as a storage facility for materials.

Description
The structure consists of a vast single nave with five bays vaulted over ribbed vaults, with buttresses between which side chapels are integrated. The polygonal choir is surrounded by five equally polygonal chapels. A massive, square bell tower with defensive features is flanked by an octagonal turret providing access to the upper levels. It rises over a bay on the south side. The architecture showcases the distinctive features of the local style.

Heritage Enhancement
Until the 1980s, this building served as a covered market. Between 2005 and 2008, it underwent a complete restoration. In 2023, it was used as a covered market during the winter season and as an exhibition space during the summer."

" Histoire

Description
