Smither Park is the location of this Little Free Library which had no books during my visit. I added The Screwtape Letters for someone to read and enjoy. This park is made up almost entirely of mosaics: border wall, pavilion, seating with figures, band shell. The library is located next to the street, with free parking and easy access. A cactus-themed cut-out forms the back frame of this library.
