In the old stock exchange building, there's this clock embedded in a kind of bell gable.
It's a white circle, with black Roman numerals and their four (IIII). It also has hands similar to those of Big Ben.
"The Bergen Stock Exchange building is located on Vågsallmenningen in the center of Bergen , with the address Vågsallmenningen 1. The building was built in 1861–62 for the Bergen Stock Exchange ( 1813–2000 ), which had previously been located in a shed on Bryggen . The Bergen Stock Exchange was designed by Franz Wilhelm Schiertz in the late classicist style on two floors with a flat roof. In 1893 , the stock exchange was added one floor according to architect Lars Solberg's designs. The building was then clad in red brick and soapstone . The building is considered one of the city's most important neo-renaissance buildings ."
