Margaret Clare Pushing Mueller, was married in 1963 to Norman Mueller. She did not have an obituary published, or at least I cannot find one.
I did find, however, that she and Norman lived in Choctaw Oklahoma. She served on the city board, probably called alderman in that state. It cause some press when her husband decided to run for mayor.

This is where they lived from 2006 to Oct. 2010

"CHOCTAW - If Norman Mueller is elected mayor Tuesday, he and his wife, Margaret, would join an elite group of married couples who help run a local government.

"Only Mule Barn, in northeastern Oklahoma's Pawnee County, has a husband and wife running the town government.

"However, the Muellers probably would be the first couple elected to a town or city board in Oklahoma, said Bill Moyer, Oklahoma Municipal League executive director." ~ The Oklahoman, by Stacy D. Johnson, March 29, 1991.
