Enclavada en el lugar de San Roque, honra al santo del mismo nombre.

Esta capilla era la antigua capilla del antiguo barrio de San Nicolás del viejo Portomarín, aunque ésta no se vio afectada por la inundación del pueblo conservando su emplazamiento original.

No existe constancia histórica de la fecha exacta de construcción de esta capilla, pero los más oriundos del lugar la datan de hace más de 250 años.

En la actualidad, a pesar de que se ha construido un nuevo cementerio en las proximidades de la zona urbana de Portomarín, aún existen nichos donde se siguen celebrando funerales.
