of dedication and
unselfish service to
Rock Church Cemetery.

A Findagrave search of Mr. Craft's name turns up only one hit in Texas, not too far away at the historic Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas. The cenotaph appears on his Findagrave page (see below), which provides an obituary (slight edits):
Funeral services for L.I. (Lynn) Craft, 92, of Kempner were conducted today (Monday) in the First United Methodist Church of Lampasas with the Rev. Calvin Peterson officiating, assisted by Minister Reid Schaub. A military burial service followed in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Craft died Saturday in Leisure Lodge Nursing Home.
Born Nov. 13, 1896, in Jarrell, Mr. Craft was a lifelong resident of Lampasas County. He was a retired farmer and rancher, a veteran of World War I and a member of First United Methodist Church of Lampasas.
He married Nona Mae Duke May 23, 1920. She preceded him in death in 1953.
Mr. Craft's parents and paternal grandfather are buried at Rock Church Cemetery, which explains his work here, while he is buried with his wife and children over at Oak Hill.
