This sculpture was placed on the garden of Culture Factory, an art center in one of the main streets of Sulaymaniyah.
There are other sculptures in the area, including a human representation upside down.
The sculpture is made of an unknown material, perhaps resin, and placed on a plinth probably made of bricks covered with common house tiles.
It represents a humanized donkey wearing suit and tie. There is a plaque but not only it's in Kurdish (or Arabic) but also it's damaged.
