I can't find information to know who it belonged to, but probably seeing the building and how new it is, or it is from the XX century or there was a manor house that when it was demolished and the building was built they decided to leave this coat of arms.
On open royal crown, there are four parts of which I distinguish: cross of calatraba, sinople without leaves, Six roels and vertical sticks.
