The coordinates posted will take you to a grassy area of a shopping mall which contains the Breed and Company store. The benchmark is in the yard close to the junction of Westbank Drive and Bee Caves Road (aka: RM 2244). The metal pipe is an inch above ground level and less than 3 feet from the edge of the sidewalk along Bee Caves Road. The PID describes this benchmark as "a copper clad steel iron pipe that projects 4 inches above the disk." There is no lid and the pipe is black but has red paint on part of the inside of the pipe. There are several oak trees growing in the area of the benchmarks location.

Walk the sidewalk toward the corner of Westbank Drive and look for a pipe in the ground close to the edge of the sidewalk. The photos attached should help you cross-reference the location of the pipe and disk. The disk is stamped as a Vertical Control Mark.
