L'orgue a été constuit en 1760-61 par Lucas Tarazona, de Lerin, au coût de 5,600 reals alors que le buffet a été exécuté par Diego de Camporredondo, au coût de 2,280 reals. Le buffet est décoré de neuf statues musicales représentant des anges ou des enfants. Cette décoration annonce le style rococo. Les grands masques peints sur la bouche des tuyaux sont très intéressants puisque chacun d'eux représente un geste de la figure humaine.
L'instrument a subi des réparations mineures ainsi qu'une harmonisation au cours du XVIIIe siècle en plus des réparations suites à des dommages infligés par des « troupes » en 1839.
Une restauration, exécutée en 1901 par le facteur Inchaurbe, a apporté un nouveau sommier, une nouvelle soufflerie, un nouveau clavier manuel de 56 notes, de nouvelles identifications pour les tirants de porcelaine ainsi que l'ajout de deux jeux du côté gauche (Flauta Armonica 8' et Fagot 8') et de deux jeux du côté droit (Flauta Armonica 8' et Oboe 8').
D'autres travaux ont pu avoir été réalisés par Corti, de Valence, en 1914. Le buffet contient six tuyaux de 16' qui ne sont pas utilisés, ils appartiendraient peut-être à un jeu de Flautado Abierto 16' de la Pédale.
Cet instrument et son buffet peint en bleu et or sont considérés comme l'un des plus beaux et des plus somptueux de la province de Navarre.
L'église Santa Maria est l'une des plus remarquables de la province de Navarre. La première église, de style roman tardif, dont la construction a commencé en 1175, est l'une des plus grandes que l'on rencontre sur le chemin des pèlerins de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle. L'édifice, qui a subi, au cours des ans, plusieurs transformations. fut complété au XVIIIe siècle alors que la style baroque battait son plein.
Sous une enveloppe extérieure de style renaissance, l'intérieur est richement décoré dans le style baroque. Le retable du maître-autel, datant du XVIIe siècle, est orné d'une image gothique de Santa Maria tandis que ceux des autels latéraux sont aussi de style baroque excepté celui de la chapelle de la Visitation qui est de style gothique tardif.
Le choeur est orné d'ouvrages de pierre maniéristes.

The organ was built in 1760-61 by Lucas Tarazona, from Lerin, at a cost of 5,600 reals, while the organ case was executed by Diego de Camporredondo at a cost of 2,280 reals. The organ case is decorated with nine musical statues representing angels or children. This decoration heralds the Rococo style. The large masks painted on the mouths of the pipes are very interesting, as each one represents a gesture of the human figure. The instrument underwent minor repairs and voicing during the 18th century, in addition to repairs following damage inflicted by "troops" in 1839.
A restoration, carried out in 1901 by the instrument maker Inchaurbe, included a new soundboard, a new bellows, a new 56-note manual, new identifications for the porcelain tension rods, and the addition of two stops on the left side (Flauta Armonica 8' and Fagot 8') and two stops on the right side (Flauta Armonica 8' and Oboe 8').
Further work may have been carried out by Corti of Valencia in 1914. The case contains six 16' pipes that are not in use; they may belong to a 16' Abierto Flautado stop for the Pedal. This instrument and its blue and gold painted case are considered one of the most beautiful and sumptuous in the province of Navarre.
The Church of Santa Maria is one of the most remarkable in the province of Navarre. The first church, in the late Romanesque style, whose construction began in 1175, is one of the largest encountered on the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela. The building, which has undergone several transformations over the years, was completed in the 18th century when the Baroque style was at its peak.
Beneath a Renaissance exterior, the interior is richly decorated in the Baroque style. The altarpiece of the high altar, dating from the 17th century, is adorned with a Gothic image of Santa Maria, while those of the side altars are also Baroque, except for that of the Chapel of the Visitation, which is in the late Gothic style.
The choir is adorned with Mannerist stonework.
