This atypical organ is located in the choir above the stalls. It features horizontal and vertical pipes.
"The Gospel organ was built 10 years later than the Epistle orga (1636). It is an Iberian organ with a highly developed reed system and requires a tempered tuning, a standard tuning used from the end of the Baroque period, in which the 12 notes of the chromatic scale have the same value. Organs prior to this period have a different tuning, so these two organs cannot be played at the same time.
The predominance of wood pipes in the Gospel organ makes the sounds warmer, and differs from the more metallic sound of the Epistle organ"
