This one is an older location -- it used to have a sign with the green letters -- in a shopping center, so it's on the small side. There's a big padded bench just across from the barista area, with eight tables and outlets behind your legs, while the outdoor patio is covered and has a fan. The upload speed is solid enough, but the download speed is about four times faster. Given the size of the store, you probably won't experience much in the way of competition.
