Many science experiments can be performed here by the visiting children. They can enjoy archeology as they gently move sand in search for bones. Using robot arm controls they pick up and stack blocks. A small studio allows them to see themselves as a weatherman on TV in front of the backdrop of the local area radar. There are also experiments in structural engineering, medical sciences, electrical engineering, and crime investigation.
Cost for the Science Center ranges from $4.50 for children to $6.75 for adults. There is also an Imax theatre on the premises for an additional charge. Parking is generally available on the street.
