This cute wooden mailbox opens from the top and features various figures painted on a painted stone surface. In addition to the elf and the cat, there is an ice cream cone, a potted plant, and a door that is a copy of the door of the owner of the house where the mailbox is attached. From what I saw on Google Street, this house was once an ice cream parlor and a cafe.
