Pipes bent to resemble a large leaf. The green paint does not hurt the effect either. The only bike tender I saw in the park, and I drove all over the place inside this park.

The back side of this park is open to a very large residential streets with lots of houses, and borders an elementary school. So, the tender is a logical item to be placed at this playground site.
