Some topiaries can be found in the Halk Hakydasy Memorial Complex, which includes monuments to the war against Russian invasion in the 19th century and the Big 1948 Earthquake.

The topiaries were created around the semi-circular wall, covered with bas-relief sculptures depicting scenes of the Battle of Geok Tepe, which took place in 1880, during the Russian invasion of the lands which are nowadays Turkmenistan.
This memorial is an usual stop for Ashgabat tours so it's expectable that the foreign visitor will have a chance to visit it.
