Esta ermita es punto de salida del Camino del Lignum Crucis, camino de peregrinación a Caravaca de la Cruz, por sus dos variantes:
Granja de Rocamora, Abanilla, Ulea y Caravaca de la Cruz.
Granja de Rocamora, Cox, Callosa, Orihuela, Murcia, Caravaca de la Cruz.
"CAMINO DEL LIGNUM CRUCIS" («leño de la cruz» en el que murió Jesucristo; y, por ende, a todo fragmento proveniente de la Vera Cruz hallada por Santa Elena entre los años 325 a 327 en el Gólgota de Jerusalén).
"CAMINO DEL LIGNUM CRUCIS" La devoción a la Vera Cruz ha sido el motivo de buscar caminos que unan a través de un recorrido a pié las localidades de Abanilla y Ulea con Caravaca de la Cruz.
Los peregrinos que quieran realizar su tránsito itinerante podrán hacerlo por caminos que procuran su tranquilidad y el disfrute de la
naturaleza.
Ermita religiosa de veneración a la santísima Cruz, remodelada en
1996. Donde se guarda el santísimo temple que contiene una astilla
de la sagrada Cruz que dio lugar a la muerte y crucifixión de Jesucristo y que da nombre a las fiestas mayores de la Santísima Cruz".
