The steel Wagon Wheel is painted canary-yellow, and embedded in a small pad of concrete between the steeply descending one-lane bitumen track to the twin properties and the local road. The completely steel Wagon Wheel has NINE spokes from the steel hub out to the v-shaped rim. In good condition.
