Two bell towers, with a square floor plan, three bodies and finished with a temple, the bells are housed in the second body, a total of seven bells.

"It was built on the ruins of the Mother Church that dated from 1832 and dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary, patron saint of the city. The project and direction correspond to the architect F. Pinaroli, but due to construction deficiencies, an expert opinion was required in 1879. Eng. Juan Col.
This church is one of the most significant buildings from the Italianate period preserved in Corrientes. The curious solution of the atrium colonnade that outlines the bases of the towers and the capitals that top it are unique resources of the work.
It is built with a masonry load-bearing structure, a sheet metal roof, granite mosaic floors and marble steps, wood and metal carpentry. It also has paintings in the main vault, stained glass windows and polychrome side altars.

In 1983 one of the towers collapsed and then the second tower and the atrium were demolished for safety reasons. All these elements were rebuilt."
