n May 21, 1894, the foundation stone of the church was laid by Vicar General Jean Bernard Krier and construction of the church began in the neo-Gothic style according to plans by Henri-Alphonse Kemp.

n May 21, 1894, the foundation stone of the church was laid by Vicar General Jean Bernard Krier and construction of the church began in the neo-Gothic style according to plans by Henri-Alphonse Kemp. 10 years later, on June 11, 1904, it was consecrated by Bishop Jean Joseph Koppes. From 1924 to 1927 it was partially painted by the Benedictine Notker Becker.
The inside of the nave is 59.60 m long and 23.50 m wide; the outside dimensions are 63.50 and 26.80 m. The southwest-facing facade is flanked by two towers with pointed, high roofs. Source:Wikipedia
