[ENG] Near the Ciechanów castle there is a meadow with the wooden way through it and interesting plaques about the fauna and flora in that place. We may find here one species of the duck - mallard. It's because of the small nearby lake. Do you know that the female builds a nest near the water, on the ground in the reeds and lays 8 to 14 eggs? And the chicks will only learn to fly after 7-8 weeks?
[POL] W poblizu ciechanowskiego zamku znajduje sie laka z drewniana droga i ciekawymi tablicami informujacymi o faunie i florze tego miejsca. Mozemy tu spotkac jeden gatunek kaczki - krzyzówke. To zasluga pobliskiego malego jeziora. Czy wiesz, ze samica buduje gniazdo blisko wody, na ziemi w trzcinach i sklada od 8 do 14 jaj? A piskleta naucza sie latac dopiero po 7-8 tygodniach?
