In 1910, the construction of a riding school and a villa for Ewald Hoffmann, the owner of a construction company, began. The riding school was ready a year later. After Goetz's death at the turn of 1911 and 1912, Ewald Hoffmann and Otto Pfeiffer became the owners of the riding school. Soon, Pfeiffer closed down the riding school and in its place created a chemical factory. After 1920, Teodor Rzymkowski became the owner of the plant, and probably from 1913 he rented some or all of the factory buildings. In 2020, the reconstruction of the former riding school into a commercial building began. On December 16th, 2020, an ALDI store was opened in the building.
