A pretty bell outside the Monongahela City Hall.

This Bell is located on Main Street (Pa. 88) at 5th St. right outside the Municipal Building.
The bell is situated in a nice flower bed right outside the building. It's exterior is inscribed saying 'Wisdom is better than the weapons of war' and is dated 1906. It was made in West Troy, NY.
